Exhibit #97: In the City

Chicago Cocktail $9
A tricked out variation on the Fancy Brandy Cocktail: cognac dashed with Angostura and curacao, topped with champagne, up with a sugar rim.

Honolulu Cocktail $8
Dry gin with dashes of orange, pineapple and lemon juices, Angostura, and simple syrup, up.

London Cocktail $10
Old Raj dry gin dashed with orange bitters, absinthe, and simple syrup, up.

Los Angeles $18
Serves 3 to 4. Bourbon, lemon juice, sugar, a whole egg, and a dash of red vermouth, up.

New York $8
Rye whiskey, lime juice, sugar, a dash of pomegranate syrup, up. Essentially an old school sour, but with lime juice and a little syrup for color.

Port-au-Prince $8
One of Don the Beachcomber’s more obscure early drinks, only served for a few years at his original Hollywood location: Jamaican and Barbados rums, falernum, lime and pineapple juices, simple syrup, Angostura, pomegranate syrup, crushed ice, tall.

Shanghai Cocktail $7
Jamaican rum, lemon juice, and anisette liqueur, with a dash of pomegranate syrup, up. A little on the smaller side due to odd proportions between ingredients (4:3:1).
