Exhibit #98: Street Fight!

Ankle Breaker $8
Cruzan overproof rum, Heering cheery liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, crushed ice. It’s somewhat crass, yet elemental – earthy cherry meets molasses with a tart citrus kick.

Choker Cocktail $12
2 parts Bulleit bourbon to 1 part Lucid absinthe, with a dash of Angostura, up. Avoid if you don’t like straight liquor, you will find it difficult to choke down.

Kicker $8
2 parts light Cuban-style rum to 1 part calvados (aged French apple brandy), with a couple dashes of Carpano Antica vermouth, up.

Painkiller $12
Pineapple juice, a good pour of navy strength Smith & Cross Jamaica rum, coconut cream, orange juice, and crushed ice, dusted with cinnamon and nutmeg, tall. This drink originated at the Soggy Dollar bar in the British Virgin Islands, perhaps in the 1960s. Because one must swim to get there, they provide a clothesline over the bar on which to hang your wet dollars.

Saucy Sue $9
Equal parts VSOP cognac and calvados, dashed with absinthe and apricot liqueur, up.

Whip Cocktail $10
2 parts cognac to 1 part each dry vermouth and Carpano Antica, dashed with Grand Marnier and absinthe, up.
